Skim Block Rubber is a specific type of natural rubber blocks that is produced as a by-product of the concentrated latex manufacturing process. As you correctly noted, this production is heavily concentrated in the Southern region of Thailand, where the majority of rubber farmers prefer selling fresh latex directly to processing factories.
